SplitLine is our application. You can download SplitLine.mbx from
http://www.kga.neva.ru/bagh/archives/splitline.zip. You can also read about
some of our applications (SplitLine and others) at
http://www.kga.neva.ru/bagh/english/mapinfo.htm (I have noticed that there
is no link to SplitLine on this page - I will add it).

Unfortunately now I can't post this information to the List (my Internet
