MI-L Cosmetic Presicion

Hi list !

I have a table in WGS 84 with bounds so the presicion drawing on it is a grid of 2mm x 
1mm.
Anyone knows if is it possible to have the same precision drawing on the Cosmetic 
Layer ?. I can't do it.
