I sounds like you do not have enough memory on the printer. Try clicking the box in the print screen that says print spooling ( or something close). If you use win 2000 or XP you can choose which hard drive that print spooling will occur. If you use win 98, print spooling will only occur on the HD with the operating system. Make sure you have enought free space on the HD. Also, add the max amount of memory on your printer.
