Hi Jeff, Remember that all (TCP/IP based) connectivity available over the LAN is, in principle, also available over the Internet. So e.g. connecting to a MS/SQL server with SpatialWare over the Internet is indeed possible. The main difference is the lower bandwidth, and the trick is to drill appropriate holes in firewalls etc. and keeping security intact. Another emerging technology is OGC's WMS, which for raster services could easily be integrated into MIPro as a temp raster layer. Vector based services may possible be a little trickier to implement. Is MapInfo or does anyone know of if this feature is available / being developed or is just pie in the sky thinking?
