MI-L The formula convert degree to meter.

Hi,
Please tell me the formula used to do these:
1. With given 1 point, distance, azimuth. Calculate the coordinate of other end point.
2. Convert coordinate from sexagesimal (or degree) to meter and vice versa.

(I live in Vietnam, projection:         Category: UTM (WGS 84)
                                UTM Zone 48: Northern Hemisphere (WGS 84)
