I saw your reply to almost the same question last year in the thread. You
are right the site is no longer working. I finally trace it at the following
link.http://www.ons.dz/unfpa/download.htm#Software
you have to go to download page then go to training material to download the
software. It come with impressive 94 pages of manual to read on
vectorization stuff. Take note the software was design for OS Window 95,
Window 3.1 or NT. Currently I have problem running it on Window ME.
