Hello everyone, can anyone shed some light on the following problem. We used to have a copy of BS7666 Toolkit loaded on a Win95 machine connected to a novell network. Different people would log onto the pc and update the toolkit with no problems. Now we have moved the installation to a Win2000 enviroment and now only the administrator has editing rights and any other operator who logs onto the pc only gets read only rights. All the users are 'power users' and we have succesfully copied the mapinfo folders in the docs & settings folder into the default folder, so every one gets mapinfo.
How do we enable other people to have editing rights. The pc is used by two people working part time and they must have their on log on (IT policy) Help!
