Hi Erin,
You can probably use another datum local to the region instead of the "Ocotopeque".
This will introduce an error, but local datums are most likely to be close enough for
compatability.
As for the 2 parallels, you set them to thew single value +/- a small amount. E.g. +/-
1 arc second.
Don't insert the same value twice, since MIPro may try to "invert" the projection
somehow (been known to happen).
"Absisa" is most likely Easting, and "Ordenate" is most likely Northing. But I've seen
the most peculiar arrangements of X and Y in local projections, so it's only a best
bet :-)

I'm translating a dwg file to a tab for the area of Abra, Costa Rica.
I'm having problems matching up the projection information I've been
given (see below) with the parameters required by the prj file.
The info I've been given is:
Projection : Conic Lambert North and South
Lambert North
False Absisa 500.000 mts
False Ordenate 271.820,522 mts
1st Paralel North 10 degree 28 minutes north latitude
1 st Meridian 84 degre 20 minutes West longitude
Datum:ocotepeque
I've matched (hopefully correctly!) this with:
"--- North American Coordinate Systems ---"
"Lambert Conformal Conic (North America)", 3, 62, 7, -96, 23, 20, 60, 0,
0
I can't seem to find a match for Ocotopeque datum for the second
parameter, plus I'm not sure what to put for the 2nd parallel parameter
since I seem to only have one. I assume the 'False Absisa' and False
Ordenate' are false northing and easting...
Any guidance would be great.
