Brian,
There is a sdtstodem translator at the gisdatadepot page. Follow:
http://www.gisdatadepot.com/dem/sdts2dem.html
This will conver the sdts file into a dem file, which MI now claims can
be openned directly.
However, in using this translator the other day, MI7 would not directly
open them. Has anyone else had this problem out there on the list? In
order to view the dem, I had to then use the demtoxyz translator, and
then pull it into VM3.0.
