Good Morning MapInfo Users! Does anybody out there have any advice on how to automate opening up a data set (I didn't say "coverage"!) and having it open up at a desired (or default) setting?
What I am trying to do specifically is this... I use the datasets from StreetPro (highways, parks, area landmarks, etc) for mapping, but I always have to change the settings of some of the datasets (i.e., when I open up the XXXXXXHP.tab file I have to change the style and/or point and/or color settings for use with my map). You can imagine that this gets a little monotonous when I have to do a US map with an average of 10 to 15 metro area blowups. It may be an elementary concept or settings that I have overlooked, I don't know. Any ideas? -Ross E.
