Since I am not capable of more complex queries like some suggested, Torbj�rn Wikstr�m's download suggestion of "Relief Utilities" and Change Data were what I went with from - http://www.relief-gis.com/Download.htm. I can say that I tried some of the other suggestions and actually did need to create a Reference table to pull off what I needed to do, even with the download. Thanks for all the help!
