Hello! I'm looking to see if there has been any new drive time software on the market in the last 6-12 months.
I currently have Freeway and am pleased with it's ability to assign speeds to road segments based on whether they are in urban vs. rural areas and whether they are highways, major roads, or primary streets. What I'm looking for is a software package that permits me to select segments of highway and input a speed for that segment thereby permitting me to accommodate for the fact that during rush hour the people going east on a freeway are going 45 MPH, but the people going west are only going 15 MPH.
