Well since a few folk asked for what I was told, here goes: 1 - First it seems as if there is no way for MI do this internally.
2 - The best option appears to write to a PDF file & then printing to your desired paper size with the 'fit to page' option clicked on. 3 - If your plotter driver can support scaling, then this is another option. 4 - Do a custom 'save window as' and specify the dimensions to suit your desired size. 5 - Save the layout window as a WMF file then insert it into Word or PowerPoint and re-size it to the appropriate page.
