In a previous post to the list I mistakenly said the offset line tool, VOParallel.mbx, was on the DirectionsMag website. I just assumed I'd downloaded it from there but it turns out it came from the MapInfo UK User group website (www.muguk.co.uk). I've now uploaded onto DirectionsMag website. Apologies to those of you who have been searching for it.
