Hello Scott,

If you want another MI session you can use a syntax like:
run program "C:\Programmer\MapInfo\Professional 7.0\mapinfow.exe
H:\Gis\Arb_omr\Befolkningsdistrikt.WOR" 
And if you have stored your workspace in a variable it's like:
run program "C:\Programmer\MapInfo\Professional 7.0\mapinfow.exe "+
yourWorkspaceStringVariable (including path)
