I have reworked the documents on offset lines in a single page with the addition of a topic on faded patterns (to be possibly used for outlining regions). A new 9-pattern pen file is available as well as a new utility Fader, mbx to experiment with fading patterns. AllClockReg.MBX was already on the site to make sure that regions that will be offset are all in the same clockwise direction. >>> www.paris.pc-gis-com/MI_Enviro/mie_start.htm <http://www.paris.pc-gis-com/MI_Enviro/mie_start.htm>
Another utility sets all selected lines to the same length, measured form the first or the node node, or centred on the middle. I have personally no idea of SelLineLength.MBX usefulness, but it seems to have already satisfied the needs of a co-lister. www.paris-pc-gis.com/mlc/mlc_main_en.htm <http://www.paris-pc-gis.com/mlc/mlc_main_en.htm> under MLC compatible applications Jacques Paris
