Hi all,
I have imported a few DWG's of a farm into MapInfo. One of them is in BNG
(British National Grid) and came in fine, the others are in non-earth mm. I
need to make the non-earth ones overlay the BNG ones.
I exported the non earth into a mif file and in notepad added the correct
projection file to make it into a BNG map and added a TRANSFORM statement
below the projection statement to convert mm to m and to place the files in
the right place in the UK.

All this has worked perfectly. However the problem is that the non-earth
files are not aligned to north like the BNG ones. (obviously whoever
surveyed them didn't align them to the BNG grid) So I need to know 2 things:

How do I work out how much to rotate the non-earth files?
How do I rotate the non-earth files?

And are there any more pitfalls waiting for me in trying to get these files
to overlay?

Thanks again in advance for the help

                                                        Jim Wilson
