perhaps this is a stupid question, more in-depth than i am qualified to ask,
but...

why would you want to print something which is transparent?

Hi guys

I have recently experienced this problem! In my case it was caused by
attempting to print raster tiles where some of them had the transparent
option turned ON. We have tried to print transparent raster images via
different means and none have worked so far!

Does anyone have any suggestions?

somewhat vague.

no matter what product, i've never come across a well documented error
system. i don't blame developers, as i just presume they're under the same
pressure to produce something as i am (only with more useful numbers in
their pay packet).

rant over... at least tell us what lead up to this error, ie. what caused
it, what was the input information, what was the desired outcome? if you
provide that information, i'm sure someone here's brain can be of use.
