MapInfo is declaring tables to be read only when in fact they are not. The only solution I have found is to 'save as' to a different folder, close the existing table then open the saved version. Does anyone know a simpler solution? John Shewbridge Dorset Police [EMAIL PROTECTED] <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
