I have placed in the BETA section of www.paris-pc-gis.com <http://www.paris-pc-gis.com/> a small application drawing rectangular regions with the screen input of 3 points: one corner (precise in x and y), the direction of one adjacent side (precise in angle), the opposite corner (precise in x and y) It could be useful in heads up digitalization.
