MapInfo does not implement any topological model, but you can build it yourself if you like. In MapInfo, you can draw points, lines, and polygons without regard for topology (which makes map-drawing nice and simple), or you can lay down nodes first, snap lines to those, and add attributes to the lines to store 'from' and 'to' nodes and 'left' and 'right' polygons, then build polygons from those lines using SQL. But no, MapInfo won't do all that for you. - Bill Thoen --------------------------------------------------------------------- List hosting provided by Directions Magazine | www.directionsmag.com | To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Message number: 4389
