Hi Brian, I had the opposite problem with Mapserver a month ago, having access to the ESRI fonts but not the MapInfo ditto. The solution then was to flag the MapInfo fonts as "Unicode" instead of just "Symbol", and I wonder whether the reverse isn't true for your problem.
Fonts may be located anywhere, but needs to be "installed" if not located in \Windows\Fonts Best regards/Med venlig hilsen Lars V.
