Hopefully someone out there knows of a simple solution to this problem...This is a question from a peer...
I am trying to find a way to get all 50,000 drgs to conform to the standard USGS color table of 13 colors. Do you know of any program or method to batch process these tiffs so that the possible color values within their individual tables can be mapped to the 13 that are supposed to be used and then have the files exported with the corrected colors? Photoshop seems to let me do them one by one in a very tedious fashion but I'm hoping that this is something that some GIS person or company has addressed. Any ideas would be very helpful. - Ian Erickson
