I've seen that one when two people are trying to edit the same table at the same time. Sometimes in 6.0 (at least) it does that when two people were editing the same table in seperate sessions...even if they weren't editing it at the same exact time. One of them would have to close MapInfo so the other could save the table. Try having everyone close MapInfo and then save your table.
