MI-L Intergrated Mapping Change

I have several apps that I use integrated mapping with. I have been using MI 6.0 for some time but recently upgraded. Now when my apps start they ask me to locate MAPINFO.PEN, MAPINFO.CLR, and MAPINFO.FNT. Anywone know why or what I should do about this?
