Or you could change the preferences for directories so that you and all
other have your templates on a common server drive.

In this way everybody is looking the exact same templates and will see the
new templates created be others.

You could save the workspace with a different name...just be sure the
tables
you used are in a common folder, and that all of your users have a drive
mapped to the folder, say Z:/Maps

Is there a way that I can save the thematic map templates on a server

templates in MI, and I'm not sure if MI lets us to change its location.
