Dear Listers, I have a custom MBX app for editing records via dialogs. After selecting an object from the map, a dialog is opened, with the current values of feilds in the selection populated in controls on the dialog. The user can click a button on the main dialog which opens a sub dialog to allow entry in more feilds of the same selection. The problem is, if the subdialog is opened a second time without saving the main dialog, values from another record in the table selected from, are used to populate the sub dialog. It appears that the selection table changes for that subdialog, but when saving the main dialog, the original selection is updated. I'm running MI 7.0 with app compiled in MB 6.5.
