Hi Vinesh We use HP Designjet 1050 Plus which is pretty much similar to the 1055CM. We havent had any complaints regarding its performance so far. The quality of printouts are a huge improvement on HP DesignJet 750C. We had opted to install extra memory (128MB) to handle large printouts. I think 1055CM comes with 32MB and you have the option of adding upto 128MB. The plotter came with JeDirect 600N 10/100 Base-TX print server. It is connected to the users' workstations using network interface. The print-spooling system is adopted so that printing can take place in the background leaving end users free to continue using the application. The only downside is the cost of inks and paper which we used to get from a reputed HP supplier. Having shopped around quite by accident, found a much cheaper supplier who is also local so this maybe something worth considering.
Best regards.
