MI-L Van Der Grinten Projection

Hi,
 
    Does anybody had ever use the Van Der Grinten I projection within
MapInfo? I got the following parameters :
 
World Van der Grinten I

Datum = WGS_1984",
Sphero�d = WGS_1984 ,6378137,298.257223563 -->???
Unit = Degree ,0.017453292519943295
False_Easting = 0
False_Northing = 0
Central_Meridian = 0
Unit = Meter
 
I found that it is a polyconic projection.
 
I'm trying to build that projection in the prj file.
 
Can anyone help?
