I have a MapInfo Tab with 300 polylines of various lengths that represent strips of Road. I want to reduce the length of these polylines so that each one is exactly 50 metres long. I have another MapInfo Tab which has symbols which has been positioned at the start point of these Polylines. Does anyone know of a simple way of cropping the length of a polyline so that it runs 50 metres from my start point? Can anyone help?
