Does anyone have a list of books, documents, etc. that describes the process of converting the USGS 30m DEM/LUC for use within different planning tools? I would like to convert some of the data for use in modeling the propagation of a 802.11 Network in a planning tool. Would one need to incorporate any ground control points for the USGS data or is the absolute accuracy okay. Thanks in advance, Frank
