MI-L MapBasic User Guide - Mac

Does anybody have a copy of the MapBasic User's Guide for Macintosh, 
version 4.0, which they would be prepared to give up or sell? (This is for 
a cash-strapped educational project, not a commercial job.) I am 
particularly interested in chapter 12, on XCMDs/XFCNs.
