Greetings List, A MapBasic program demonstrates MI Pro operations by bringing up various dialog boxes, displays them for a few seconds, then closes them and brings up the next one. (There are many reasons why MapBasic was chosen over alternatives - let's not go into these now). Bringing up a standard dialog box is no problem - Run Menu Command handles that. Waiting a few seconds is also no problem. But how do I code the equivalent of hitting OK (or Cancel)? I need the program to flow without viewer intervention. I realize that the very NATURE of a dialog box is to wait for a user's response. I was wondering if there was any way around that. TIA to all responders. Will summarize.
