Marconi did re-organize and after a horrific loss to shareholders they have restructured. They are currently named "Marconi Corporation PLC" and traded again on the London exchange under the MONI symbol
Do you desire an alternative because you don't trust their ability to remain in business or for another reason? DeciBel Planner has been replaced by PLANET EV, but I suspect you know that. I am interested if you were on a maintenance program and if so how have you been taken care of? You might check out their current news releases and financials. Reuters has there "risk grade" measure Of course after a re-organization and the trauma they went through I don't know what to expect. They have cut staff and done some profit taking on earnings from other investments in the telco industry. All these seem like reasonable things to do, but will it help?
