Hello Kevin, Unfortunately there is virtually nothing in the way of large-scale cheap/public domain mapping in Europe. One option for the future is to use web services for data that is rarely needed on a pay-per-access basis. For viewing only, you could use such services with the forthcoming v7.5 of Pro (which includes a Web Map Service (WMS) client).
