Hi all I am looking for a source (hopefully free or cheap) for Zip + 4 Data for Milwaukee WI. Does this exist as a boundary/polygon file? I have a large database (300,000 records) of addresses with Zip Codes and i want to be able to determine the Zip + 4 for each record. Obviously with so many records i am looking for an automated way of doing this.
