I assume you want a contour drawn to try to represent a coverage based on some drive test data? This is not as simple sas it might seem. For instance, do you want the line connecting points to be curved, straight, or do you want some kind of interpolation to occur? What will happen if you have points along a road where you have a bunch of 18's then a 12 then 18s again? Do you want the 18 contour to stop, then have a 12 contour, then another 18? Do you see the difficulaty here?
