I think he wants the whole map exported as a file. If you make the Layout window active, choose File>Save Window As... and choose a WMF file type. In Autocad you can "Insert" a Windows Metafile into a new document. Then it can be exploded and manipulated, but it will not have any layer structure in AutoCAD, it will all import to Layer 0. And all your fills (hatches) will not be maintained either. Hope that helps, Jason ____________________________ Jason Adam GIS Specialist De Beers Canada Exploration Inc. All u have to do is select the source file as mapinfo tab file and the destination format as autocad. all the best. regards, affie. su chen <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: Hello, All: Got a question for you! I already got a workspace file which include all the layers (*.Tab files)in Mapinfo, right now, I would like to convert to Autocad so that the people who use Autocad can use it, however, seems "Export" can only export one layer per time! Does anyone has any good ideas on how to complete this perfectly and gaplessly? Thanks! Su __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo!
