Brian-
MapInfo is only good for displaying referenced images, there's nothing else it can do
with them. It cannot move, rotate, stretch, or re-project at all. You will need to
use a photo editing software like Corel Photo-Paint to make all your images into one.
Then you may want to open that new "mosaic" file in MapInfo and register it to some
known coordinates you may have. Other options for doing it properly, are ERmapper
($$), or Panavue Image Assembler is a good one for a quick (not necessarily accurate)
job www.panavue.com
I'm sure there will be many other "Lister" suggestions as well.
Hope that helps,
Jason

Subject: MI-L Moving jpeg images

Hello list,

I have brought in a bunch of unreferenced jpeg photos into a map window. I
want to be able to move them around to create a mosaic but it will not let
me move them around. Any help would be appreciated.

Sincerely,
