I go to C on my Linux box, but that doesn't help me with Windows APIs
where I don't have all header files. But thanks for the definitions --
just what I needed. The new SHBrowseForFolder is much nicer than the old
one, even if it takes more work to set up. I'll post a working example
when I get it polished up.
