First use TableInfo(table_id, TAB_INFO_NCOLS) to determine the number of columns in your table. Then cycle through these with ColumnInfo(table_id, COLn, COL_INFO_INDEXED) for COLn 1 to NCOLS which will return a logical value indicating if column n is indexed.
