Dear All, I have a parcel closed polygon table . Each parcel has a category ie. residential, commercial ,governmental and public. There are no parcel numbers and block numbers on the parcel map. I have to create these parcel numbers and block numbers in a respective seperate layers. Parcel numbers can be numbered from 1 to till 9999 and so the block numbers. Can anyone help me in this , how to create create parcel numbers in a seperate parcel layer and block numbers in a seperate block layers.
