This problem is so bizarre that I'm not optimistic that anyone will have a solution, but here goes: I've written a Mapbasic application that automatically creates seamless tables for a variety of layers. Everything works beautifully except for some selected line layers. The line layers that don't work are those that have a default setting of interleaved double or triple lines. They don't show up in the map window until I manually change the setting to non-interleaved line. Also, if a line layer that works just fine is changed to an interleaved line style (after the seamless table has already been created by my application), the lines disappear again. Now for the really confusing part - When I use MapInfo's Seamless Manager program to create the seamless tables, it works just fine for the interleaved layers, and the other line layers can be made interleaved no problem also. The seamless files (whether created by my application or by the Seamless Manager) in either case are exactly the same size, and comparing the .dat, .map and .id files in a hex editor shows no differences either. The .tab files are the same too, of course. Any thoughts or suggestions?
