Hi Li!

There is no inherent 'draw order' in a TAB file, nor any way to control 
the draw order.

One way to cope with this is to make subselects, i e select all regions to 
a temp table and all lines to another, and then add those as layers in the 
layer control.

Another way is to keep the different object types apart in different tab 
files.

As a side note, in the GIS world it is more common that different object 
types (points, lines, regions and text) *need* to be in different base 
tables, and not be mixed as in a MapInfo TAB file.

Bu as you have noted, this can sometimes cause problems.
