Try to look at this link; http://www.travelbygps.com/authoring.php I haven't tried it myself, so if you have any success or failure, please write, since I am eager myself to try it out. I am living in Vietnam at the moment, and it is extremely hard to get any detailed maps for this part of the world, so to make them yourself would be a great alternative. Best wishes Reno Lindberg
