List: I have a parcel layer that is in non-earth projection. When I select a street layer (in North Florida State Plane 1983 feet) projection it will not overlay with the parcel layer. I tried saving it in State Plane but it turns the map sideways. I also tried lat/long which was a big improvement but it still will not allow the street layer to overlay it. What I am doing wrong?
