Hello to all! We are trying to find a way (or an application) to optimize the routes (and agendas) of our reps, our problem is the following:
Lets say one rep has 70 customers and 30 prospects, we want the program to give us 20 optimal routes (1/day for 4 weeks) in which all the clients and prospects will be visited. But we also want to be able to specify the number of times a client must be visited or a constraint on the day(s) he must be visited. Finally (and obviously) we want to put a maximum time or distance per day. We are currently working with ChronoVia (and I also checked out RouteFinder) which are great if you already know what client you will be visiting on your route, but are no help in this situation...
