Let say you want to click on a region like a Country from a world Map and that will open a workspace that has the proper set of files when you activate a hotlink from a specific country...
Modify the table structure of that reference file (the world map) to add a column in character format. Edit the table to add the path where are the workspaces on your system for every country that you want to open a subset of maps. Just activate the hotlink feature on that column and voila! But, it will keep the existing world map and open the country workspace.
