Hello Group, I have a number of layers which were created in Asia.
The NATIVE Charset is "WindowsLatin1, but all text is unregognized and displayed with underscores. I do have East Asian font support loaded on my system, so Office apps can recognize the double bit characters in Access, Word, etc. Any direction would be appreciated.
