Hi Vania,

In general, you cannot mix Earth and NonEarth. And saving one as the other only maskes 
things worse. It's a functionality which
should never have been allowed in Pro.

If the coordinates are valid in your NonEarth, export the table to Mif/Mid, edit the 
CoordSys clause in the Mif file to be the
correct according to the coordinate values, and re-import the table.
